Shilajit is an Ayurvedic herb forming a major part of the eastern medicine. It is a sticky substance found in the foothills of the Himalayas. It develops over centuries and one of the most popular health supplements amongst the native Chinese and Indian people.

Returns Instructions:

Please follow the following instructions in order for us to process your return in a seamless manner.

  1. Please ensure you inform us about the return along with the reason for return at info@powershilajit.com.
  2. You need to ensure you use a reliable courier service to send the product back to us. Always provide us with the shipment details via email at info@powershilajit.com.
  3. Opened or tampered boxes are not liable for return or refund.
  4. It is essential for you to ensure the product is not damaged during courier. Damaged boxes will not be refunded or taken back.
  5. Do not forget to mention your complete billing address, name and contact number on the label while returning the product.
  6. The product has to be returned in the original box, with the label intact in order to return the product.
  7. You can get in touch with our customer service agents in case you need further assistance

Power Shilajit will only accept products that are returned unopened. Any returned product that comes in with an open seal, improper handling or damaged/torn out boxes, missing labels or instructions will not be accepted for returns and will be sent back to the buyer. The product needs to be returned in the original box.

If you have any further queries in this regard please get in touch with our customer care agents. The cost of the shipment for returns needs to be borne by the buyer.

Products damaged during shipment or improper packaging do not qualify for refund or return in any manner.

If a product is damaged on delivery, it is important for the buyer to contact Power Shilajit immediately and inform the customer service agents about the damage. A detailed email with the shipment information needs to be provided at info@powershilajit.com. The buyer will need to ship the product back to info@powershilajit.com. The cost for the shipment needs to be borne by the buyer.

All return product shipment cost needs to be borne by the customer.

A refund can take up to 30 working days from the time of the refund approval. The customer will be informed about the refund via email.

Defective products are exchanged, however customers will have to bear the shipment cost for the new product. They are also required to send in the defective products back to Power Shilajit in order for them to avail of an exchange.

Power Shilajit does not cancel orders which have been processed and shipped to customers. Credit card refunds will take about 14 working days and debit card refunds will take 30 working days to get processed.

Power Shilajit reserves the right to deny any customer a refund or exchange of products.

Please Note: Power Shilajit might have to cancel certain orders which are out of reach or difficult to ship. Power Shilajit reserves the right, to refuse/ cancel / deny any order for any reason.

Power Shilajit reserves its rights to cancel orders due to limitations on quantities of products available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Power Shilajit will get in touch with customers who might face any of the above mentioned problems. In case the amount has been deducted from a credit card, the mentioned amount will be refunded.

Power Shilajit reserves the right to ask for proof of identification of the customer at the time of delivery. Failure to provide the same to can lead to cancellation of the order.
